About us

MICE FILES is the English side of Archivos Mice, a documentary channel about real U.S. cases and declassified files. We publish on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.

This website collects the case files: for each case, the timeline, what the official documents say with a link to the source, and the full documentary.

How we work

Source first. We work with public records: court rulings and filings, declassified files, official transcripts and recordings. We read and listen to the whole material, not the summary going around.

Every fact, with its origin. No figure, date or quote goes into a video or a case file without a specific source. If a fact cannot be checked, it comes out.

We keep what the documents say apart from what we think. When we offer an opinion or a hypothesis, we say so.

No fake images. The images in our documentaries are real, public-domain material, labeled with their origin. If we ever use a reconstruction, it is marked on screen as one. The narrator's voice is synthetic, and we disclose that on every platform.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, write to [email protected] with a link to the source. We will check it and, if you are right, correct it and note the correction in the case file.
